This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures for addressing product issues and refund/return requests.

- We accept returns only if the package is damaged or if the incorrect goods is provided, and this must be reported to the courier upon accepting the product.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your PrincePrints order. Refunds or reprints may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Product Defects: If the printed products are defective in materials or workmanship, meaning they deviate from reasonable printing standards (e.g., significant print errors, smudging, tearing upon arrival – excluding damage during shipping – see section 2).
- Printing Errors by PrincePrints: If the final printed product significantly deviates from the approved order specifications and proofs (e.g., incorrect size, paper stock, finish, or quantity due to our error).
- Damage During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling by our shipping carrier (must be reported immediately upon receipt – see section 2).
Please note that due to the custom nature of printed products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as:
- Customer-Created Errors: Errors made by you during the design process, including but not limited to:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors.
- Low resolution or poor quality of uploaded images.
- Design errors, layout issues, or incorrect formatting introduced by you.
- Incorrect selection of product options (size, finish, quantity, etc.).
- Design Preferences or Taste: Dissatisfaction with the design’s aesthetic appeal, color choices, or personal preferences once printed, if it matches the approved proof.
- Minor Color Variations: Slight variations in color between your monitor, proofs, and the final printed product. Colors can appear differently on screens and in print due to various factors. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matching.
- Delays in Delivery: As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, PrincePrints is not liable for delays in delivery beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics issues). Delays do not automatically qualify for a refund unless explicitly guaranteed delivery was offered and failed.
2. Reporting Issues and Timeframe
Notification Period: Any issues with your order must be reported to our Customer Care team within 2 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this timeframe may be denied at our discretion.
Damage Upon Arrival: If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, you must notify us immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours). Please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damage to both the packaging and the products for claim purposes.

- Condition of Returned Items: Returned products must be in substantially the same condition as when you received them, and ideally in their original packaging (if possible).
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to a product defect or printing error on our part, PrincePrints will typically cover the return shipping costs. If a return is approved for other reasons (at our discretion), you may be responsible for return shipping.
4. Refund or Reprint Options
Once we have assessed your claim and, if applicable, received and inspected the returned products, we will determine the appropriate resolution. Options may include:
- Reprint: We may offer to reprint the affected portion or the entire order at no additional cost to you. The reprint will adhere to the original order specifications and approved proofs.
- Partial Refund: If only a portion of the order is affected, or if a reprint is not feasible or desired, we may offer a partial refund for the affected products.
- Full Refund: In cases of significant product defects or errors entirely on PrincePrints’ part, we may offer a full refund of the purchase price for the affected order.
Refund Method:
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. It may take 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
If your payment method does not support refunds, we may ask you and refund the amount through bank transfer at our discretion. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank and the payment method. We will endeavor to process refunds promptly, typically within 3 business days of approving your refund request. Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account (this is bank-dependent and may take up to 7 days, as per our Terms and Conditions).
6. Exclusions and Limitations
- This Refund and Returns Policy applies solely to orders placed directly through the PrincePrints Website.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the printed products. We are not liable for any consequential damages, indirect losses, or lost profits arising from product defects or errors.
- PrincePrints reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if we reasonably believe the issue is due to customer error, misuse, or abuse or if the claim is made outside of the specified timeframe.
