At PrincePrints, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience while ensuring fairness in our process. Below, you’ll find our cancellation guidelines to help you understand when and how you can cancel an order.
Order Cancellation
- Before Processing: If your order has not yet been processed or printed, you may cancel it for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at ask@princeprints.in with your order details.
- After Processing: Once your order has entered the printing stage, cancellation is not possible as it is already being prepared for dispatch.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Since custom-printed products are made specifically for you, cancellations are not allowed once printing has started. Please double-check your design, specifications, and details before placing an order.
Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3-4 business days to your original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Modification Requests
If you need to make changes to your order (such as design, quantity, or shipping details), please contact us immediately. We will accommodate changes if the order has not entered production.
Force Majeure
PrincePrints reserves the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances such as technical errors, supply shortages, or other uncontrollable factors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
