You are responsible for ensuring that any designs you create do not infringe on third-party trademarks or copyrights. PrincePrints is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from your designs.
Use of the Website & Services
To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and activities under your account.
By using our Website, you agree not to:
- Upload or use copyrighted, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Taxes & Pricing
All applicable taxes, including GST, are your responsibility. Prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee its price. The final price is confirmed at the time of order placement.
Shipping & Delivery
Products will be delivered through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. PrincePrints is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, political events, regulatory issues). Providing an accurate delivery address is your responsibility.
In cases where delivery is impossible due to external factors, we may issue a refund or credit.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT to your bank account. Refund processing times depend on your bank and may take up to 3 days.
PrincePrints is not responsible for:
- Spelling or design errors made by customers.
- Poor-quality images uploaded by customers.
- Errors in product selection (finish, quantity, type).
- Damage to products after delivery.
Review your designs carefully before placing an order. We do not proofread user-created content.
Limitation of Liability
PrincePrints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. If a dispute arises, contact our customer support team first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India, and governed by Indian law.
